African & Caribbean Diversity (ACDiversity) welcomes you to our Mentoring and Enrichment Programme. The Organisation was founded by a group of Black professionals back in 1990.
The aim of the charity is to support Year 10 to Year 13 students to make informed choices to enable them to fulfil their talents and achieve their potential academically, economically and socially. The idea behind it was to give back to the community a contribution of excellence and achievements from within the community itself through guidance of professionals.
As it stands today, ACDiversity has developed a 4-year tailored mentoring and enrichment programme, structured and customised for realising potential.
With over 200 students on the programme at any time from over 50 inner state schools, the scheme consists of:
The programme's success is due to the high level of contact & monitoring of the students but equally as important is the charity's 200 plus volunteer mentors from over 10 corporate partner firms, ranging from top law firms to investment banks to global publishers to universities such as Cambridge and Warwick.
